University of the Punjab IER Associate Professor Jobs 2026

Job Description

The University of the Punjab, Institute of Education and Research (IER), Quaid-i-Azam Campus Lahore, has announced teaching faculty positions for 2026. Applications are invited for eight (8) posts of Associate Professor of Education (BS-20). Eligible candidates must apply online through the PU jobs portal and also send hard copies of their applications by registered post to the Registrar. The last date for receipt of applications is 30 November 2026.

• Associate Professor of Education (BS-20) — 8 posts (Institute of Education & Research)

Eligibility Criteria

• PhD in Education from an HEC-recognized institution.
• 10 years of teaching / research experience in a recognized institution, or 5 years of post-PhD teaching / research experience.
• 10 research publications, with at least 4 publications in the last 5 years in HEC-recognized journals.

How to Apply

Candidates must apply online through the PU jobs portal at pu.edu.pk and send hard copies of the completed application by registered post to the Registrar, University of the Punjab, Lahore. The online processing fee is Rs. 500, while the fee for the post is Rs. 6,000. Both online and hard-copy applications must reach before the closing date.

• Only qualifications and experience recognized by the HEC will be accepted.
